Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy:
  • Exchange Request: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Any transit damage or wrong item received must be reported with an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.
Exchange Conditions:
  • Size Only: Exchanges are strictly limited to size changes of the same article. We do not offer exchanges for different colors or different products.
  • Inventory Check: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact (Subject to Quality check Policy from 9FIGR's end).

 

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Sale & Limited Drops: Items purchased during "Flash Sales," BOGO offers, or specific "Limited Drop" events are eligible for size exchange only (no refunds/credits).
  • Store Credit Purchases: Orders placed using previously issued store credit are final sale or eligible only for a one-time size exchange.

 

The Financials:
  • Reverse Pickup Fee: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to all return/exchange pickups to cover logistics.
