- Defective/Incorrect Items: Any transit damage or wrong item received must be reported with an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

- Inventory Check: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
